Individual Counseling  

 $150/session

  • 50 minute sessions

  • in-person or NC based telehealth only

  • self-pay (no insurance; superbill available for client to submit independently)

  • CBT, DBT, Strengths-Based, Existentialism, Family Systems, Narrative, and Internal Family Systems modalities

  • EMDR therapy available

Couples Counseling

$225/session

  • 50 minute sessions

  • in-person only

  • assessments & analyses may be required for an additional fee

  • self-pay (no insurance; superbill available for client to submit independently)

Groups Counseling 

$50/week

  • 50 minute sessions

  • in-person only

  • 6-10 attendees per group

  • 10-12 week long seasonal, themed groups
