Welcome to Core Matters Counseling
At Core Matters Counseling, healing begins with understanding what lies at the core of your experience. Developing a stronger relationship with your authentic self can create a foundation for emotional wellbeing and healthier relationships with both yourself and others.
Through a thoughtful, trauma-informed counseling approach, I help clients explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape their lives so they can move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.
If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, therapy can offer a place to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what matters most. I look forward to hearing your story and walking alongside you as you work toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
You’ve done a lot to hold everything together. You don’t have to do it alone anymore.
My work tends to resonate most with thoughtful, reflective individuals who are interested in understanding themselves more deeply and exploring the patterns that shape their lives.
