Telehealth: Monday-Thursday and available throughout North Carolina
Insurance-based appointments may currently have a short waitlist while credentialing is finalized. Private-pay appointments may be available sooner, depending on scheduling.

Core Matters Counseling currently accepts Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Coverage, copays, and deductibles vary by plan.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, incur an $80 fee. Insurance does not cover this fee.
